What types of cleaning products do you use?

We use professional, effective, and safe products, with eco-friendly options available. Products are tailored to the surface type and customer preferences.

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. For more complex services (such as after-sales service or events), it's best to allow 3 to 5 days.

By default, we use products provided by the customer. However, if you prefer, our team can provide all the necessary products for an additional cost starting at €10, depending on the type of cleaning and the number of rooms. We always use professional products, and upon request, we offer eco-friendly and hypoallergenic products.

We offer ironing by the hour or by the piece, at home or with collection/delivery service. The customer chooses the most convenient option.

We do not offer laundry services, only ironing. However, we can recommend partners if needed.

Do you clean balconies and terraces?

Yes! We carry out a complete cleaning of balconies, outdoor floors, railings, furniture and remove any leaves or dirt caused by the weather.

Yes! We offer walks, space maintenance, and replacement or light cleaning of their litter box or mat.

Yes, we provide basic indoor plant maintenance: watering, leaf cleaning, light pruning, and repositioning pots.

No. We offer monthly plans with benefits, but we also provide one-off services with no commitment.

Yes! We operate throughout Luxembourg, with travel costs included in most urban areas. Additional charges may apply for more remote areas.

This depends on the type of service and the size of the venue.
For example:
• Studio: 1 to 1.5 hours
• 1-bedroom/2-bedroom: 2 to 3 hours
• After work: 4 hours or more
An estimate is provided upon booking.
